COVID-19 vaccinations are now mandatory for employees in the UK care sector and frontline healthcare workers look set to follow.
Tracking employees’ vaccination and test data is a move that HR teams are having to consider as the ‘no jab, no job’ movement grows and the use of Covid passports widens.
